Training offers

I create comprehensive training plans for every performance level. Your age has no meaning. I play the whole range of fitness training. Thus I use the equipment and space that my customer provides. We can work out in a living room or in a home gym oder outside in a park. Some customers use a fitness studio. My goal is to challenge you to make progress and to have fun in your development. We address any weaknesses with tailored exercises! Together!

Backyards and parks are a great place to integrate stairs and benches into a workout. The fresh air and weather also help to strengthen the immune system and put you in a good mood!

Live Online-Training

Especially in the home office, live online training offers the possibility of team sports at a distance. Completely stress-free, each participant can be active regardless of location and without travel.

Philosophie

Training- and Life-philosophy

I don’t have a single monolithic training philosophy. I combine a range of approaches. There is no “the one and only solution”. Each client deserves an individualized approach depending on their needs. You won’t get cookie cutter training from me. I listen and take you and your goals and your problems seriously.

A sentence that I really appreciate and that I often recite to myself is “there is never perfect security but only opportunity.”

About me

I have been active in fitness since 1998 and have coached thousands of clients in a multi-functional fitness center from all walks of life: from young to old, from chronic pain patients to professional athletes. I played handball for many years. It was as handballer that I got my nickname “Tiger”. I have practiced Wing Tsun since 2005. My strengths are a huge wealth of experience, an extraordinary physique and most importantly a remarkable degree of empathy.
For myself, I have trained intensively for many years at a high level, diversified and occasionally unorthodoxically.

Since 2019 I am working as personal trainer and am instructor at the IST study institute of fitness in Berlin.

In an initial interview we discuss your intentions, the goals you want to achieve and whether there are any risk factors to take into account. It is extremely important to get to know and to get a feeling for one another. Only then can we bring coaching at the highest level. Then we can start working together. This initial interview is part of the first trainer hour and will take about 20-30 minutes.
